Guests are permitted to stay overnight for up to three consecutive days, providing you with the flexibility to host friends and family. For your convenience, we offer parking guest passes that are valid for up to five days, making it easy for your visitors to park on-site. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that all residents and guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Together, we create a community that values both hospitality and tranquility.
LEASE TERMS
At The Crestwood, we offer flexible lease terms designed to accommodate the diverse needs of our residents. Our leasing process is straightforward, ensuring a hassle-free experience as you settle into your new home. Whether you’re a student looking for a short-term stay or seeking a longer commitment, our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect living arrangement that fits your lifestyle.

Our decorating policy encourages residents to make their apartments feel like home! You are welcome to personalize your space with decor that reflects your style. However, please refrain from any unpermitted construction that would significantly alter the structure or layout of the rooms. If you have any questions about specific changes, feel free to reach out to management for guidance.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
When moving into your new apartment, be sure to bring all your personal items to create a comfortable living space. We recommend packing essential kitchen items, such as a few pans, dishes, silverware, and cups. Additionally, consider bringing personal items like shower rods and shower curtains to make your bathroom functional. If you have a double-sized mattress pad, you’ll need queen-sized sheets, but if you’re using a standard mattress, double-sized sheets will suffice.
Can residents add a roommate later?
Yes, residents can add a roommate after moving in! However, it’s essential to do this before the placement process is finalized, so please communicate with management as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes. This will ensure a smooth transition and help us accommodate your housing needs effectively.
