WHEN CAN RESIDENTS MOVE IN?

All new residents can move in on {{MOVE IN DATE}}! If you have any questions call (801) 356-8800 with any questions.

WHEN CAN RESIDENTS START RECEIVING MAIL AND PACKAGES?

As soon as you have signed a lease and are living on the property.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ABLE TO LIVE AT THE CRESTWOOD?

You must be under the age of 30 & above the age of 17 with parental permission. For any additional information or clarification, please contact our office at (801) 356-8800 so we can further assist you.

ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?

Yes, all apartments are fully furnished!

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED? WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

Utilities are not included in rent. They are separate and at a fixed rate! Please contact our office at (801) 356-8800 for rates.

HOW ARE ROOMMATES PICKED AND WHEN DO RESIDENTS GET THESE RESULTS?

You can request roommates! If you do not have any requests then according to your responses in your application, we will do our best to match you with roommates similar to you.

CAN FRIENDS ROOM TOGETHER? HOW?

Absolutely! Just let us know after you sign your lease and we will do our best to make it happen.

ARE THERE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

Yes!! We have an on-site laundry center. Our condos have in-unit washers and dryers. Contact us with further details about our condos!

CAN RESIDENTS HAVE OVERNIGHT GUESTS?

Of course! You will need to notify the office. We will walk you through the procedures before any overnight guest is here

CAN RESIDENTS BRING A CAR AND IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Absolutely! You are guaranteed a parking spot, for only {{PARKING COST PER MONTH}} a month!

HOW DO I PAY RENT?

You can pay directly through your online portal or by using the app “Resident Portal”. Personal checks or cashier checks are accepted in our office only. You can also use e-checks and debit/credit cards online. We no longer accept payments over the phone and can no longer take cards in the office.

CAN RESIDENTS CANCEL THEIR CONTRACTS DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR?

You can sell your lease, but there is a $200 seller fee and you will forfeit your deposit. For further clarification, contact our office at (801) 356-8800.

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHERE I WILL BE LIVING?

We normally notify residents of their specific apartments before moving in. You will receive the month you are moving in.

DO I NEED RENTAL INSURANCE FOR MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

Yes, it is a requirement. We provide renter’s insurance automatically for each resident but if we receive proof you are covered under your own or parents insurance, then we will not charge the $13 each month.

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I AM ASSIGNED AN APARTMENT?

You will be contacted in August with your assignment apartment.

CAN I SEE AN APARTMENT PRIOR TO MOVING IN?

Yes, come in at any time during our office hours! We would love to tour you. Please call us to schedule an appointment!

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

The first of each month!

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT?

We have a $200 refundable deposit based on approved credit.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM?

You will be able to submit maintenance requests through your online portal! Feel free to call us or stop in the office at any time. If there is an emergency, call 801-356-8800 to contact our emergency line after hours.
