Student Housing Near MTECH’s Provo Campus
Looking for apartments near MTECH’s Provo campus? Start with your program’s teaching location, then compare a private room at The Crestwood, 1800 N State St in Provo. Your lab schedule, work hours, and lease dates matter as much as the route to class.
Confirm Your MTECH Campus Before Choosing Housing
Mountainland Technical College lists its Provo campus at 125 North 100 West, Provo, UT 84601. Its Orem campus is a different location: 1410 West 1250 South, Orem, UT 84058. Check MTECH’s official campus information and your program assignment before mapping a commute.
This guide focuses on housing in Provo for students attending the Provo campus. If your training is in Orem, Lehi, Spanish Fork, Payson, or another location, plan that trip separately. Crestwood is not affiliated with MTECH, and a Provo apartment is not automatically close to every MTECH program.

Ask about your lease datesJanuary–August 2027 Availability
Planning a January move? Ask about 4×2 Classic private rooms for January–August 2027. Confirm your exact move-in and lease-end dates, room availability, and a written breakdown of rent, required fees, deposits, and any optional charges before applying.
The current one-month-free offer is for immediate move-in with a lease through August; it is separate from January availability. Ask leasing for current eligibility and terms. Availability and specials can change.

You can compare Crestwood’s rooms, but you need a separate commute plan to the Orem campus at 1410 West 1250 South. Do not use a Provo-campus route estimate for Orem.
Will January–August match my training program?
That depends on your program’s start date, duration, and attendance requirements. Compare the actual program calendar with available lease dates and discuss any mismatch with leasing before applying.
